From Monday 2 February, all Ainslie Bullion physical stores (Brisbane, Melbourne, and Gold Coast) will operate under updated business hours, closing at 3:00pm each weekday, until further notice.

Weekends: Closed

Phone Trading & Enquiries
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Online Trading
Our web shop remains open as usual, allowing customers to buy online at any time.

Why we’re making this change

This change reflects a deliberate decision to manage current demand in a way that supports both our customers and our team. By closing our physical stores slightly earlier, we’re creating the capacity needed to process the high volume of orders and requests we receive across the business, including online trading, phone enquiries, emails, storage and account services.

This additional focus allows us to work through existing orders efficiently and continue delivering the level of service customers know Ainslie Bullion for, while ensuring our team remains supported and able to perform at a consistently high standard during a period of strong market activity.

What this means for customers

• Our physical stores will operate 9:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Customers can continue to trade online at any time via our web shop
• Phone trading and customer support remain available until 4:00pm
•  If you’re waiting on an order, this change is designed to help us process and dispatch orders more quickly during this period of high demand.
