Operations Manager (Bullion & Crypto)

This position joins the Leadership Team, reports directly to the CEO of the business and heads Ainslie Bullion & Crypto Melbourne operations. 

With the support of the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Customer Service Consultants, Inventory Manager, and Reception. 

The Operations Manager ensures operational procedures for customer service, treasury and dispatch are in place and adhered to minimising risk and errors... and takes ultimate responsibility for sales, stock control and product innovation, ensuring sufficient supply of the right product, appropriately priced and marketed, and converted via a high performance customer focussed team to maximise commercial returns for the business as a whole. 

The position will work closely with others in the Leadership Team to collectively work to maximise commercial outcomes for the Group.

Finance Officer/Assistant Accountant (Bullion)

This is an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Finance/Accounts Officer with demonstrated broad finance and bookkeeping skills to join the Ainslie team.

The role is responsible for the full range of daily accounts/bookkeeping functions - accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, BAS preparation and fixed asset register maintenance.

Whilst your technical skills and knowledge are important, it is your positive, dedicated, forward thinking and whole of business focus that are critical. Your enthusiasm, desire to produce efficient and quality outcomes, and ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will ensure your fit within the existing team.

This role does require someone who isn’t just process focused... rather is able to see the big picture for individual situations and apply an appropriate approach and action to ensure a positive outcome.
