Please limit each parcel to a maximum value of $25,000.00

In the delivery address section, make a note that says "Deliver to physical address"

The buyback price will be locked in when the metal arrives at our office

Tightly secure the contents of your parcel in a padded bag, along with your email address, telephone number, and bank account details

If you have not already done so, please complete verification of your ID on our website

Place the padded bag in another larger padded bag so that the parcel is "silent"

Go to the counter of the Post Office and purchase an Express Post Satchel and a signature on delivery sticker that corresponds to the weight of your parcel

Hand the parcel to the officer at the Post Office, and retain the stamped receipt and tracking number for tracking and evidence of dispatch

Do not disclose the contents of the parcel to the Postal Officer
