Ainslie Bullion will be undertaking a routine upgrade to our order management system on Thursday 23 April. Web orders placed during the upgrade window will be accepted as normal. Processing, confirmation emails, and order status updates may be slightly delayed while the team works through them manually.

What this means for you:

• Order confirmations may arrive a little later than usual
