Phase 2 of the Bull Market?

Plenty of talk among analysts over the weekend about whether what we saw last week with the ‘crash’ in gold and silver was merely the end of the traditional Phase 1 of a bull market and the beginning of Phase 2.  Massive global sales of physical gold and silver last week certainly support this and supply has become very difficult.
