Accounts Officer

An exciting opportunity has opened for a friendly, positive and professional Account Officer to join the Ainslie Group in Brisbane CBD.

Initially, this role will be responsible for the daily allocation of receipts and payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, assisting with month-end procedures, processing web orders, handling general data entry, and taking overflow phone calls for our group of entities.

High level communication skills, a highly motivated & positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential in this role. Customer Service Consultant (Bullion)

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Customer Service professional to join Ainslie Group.

The role sees the servicing of customers in person, by phone, and processing web orders for the selling and buying back of precious metals bullion and cryptocurrencies. Additionally, the role helps in sales-related administration tasks daily.
